Adding AB Split tests to my sight will slow down the user experience right? No! AB Split Test is an incredibly lightweight plugin. We collect minimal data, so as to not overload or fill up your database, and most test logic is done client side - meaning your servers don't take a beating building out and logging  tests results. As long as you have semi-decent hosting, AB Split Test will never be the cause of a slow site.

No, we’re a tool to help you simply and easily optimize your website, without adding any unnecessary complexity. Much like we can't guarantee you will use a hammer correctly, we cannot guarantee that you will use AB Split Test correctly, but we can and do guarantee that it can and does work to simply ABx Test.

Yes! You can quickly and easily upgrade at any time by clicking on the Upgrade link in your account menu, choosing your new plan and following the instructions on the screen.

Yes! there is no limit to the number of variations you can create. Generally AB testing is the easiest and fastest way to go, but you can add a third, fourth or hundredth variation if you like.

As we all know, people behave differently - so your Split Test needs to collect enough data to average out all the different emotions and personalities. Over time, enough data is collected to reach a point of  Statistical Significance. This is the point when you can feel confident that it’s a real result and not just an unlucky, odd sample. Your AB Split Tests are monitored and analysed to give you real time likelihoods of each variation being the winner. When a variation has over a 95% likelihood of being the winner, and has run for over 1 week, then when we declare a winner.

TL:DR At least a week, sometimes much longer for low traffic sites.

No, we use advanced statistical analysis to wait until we have the right amount of data to make a decision. Meaning your test runs for no longer, or shorter than it has to!

When your AB Split Test has enough data to declare a test ‘Won’, you’ll receive a notification. 

Yes, you can most definitely use AB Split Test on your client websites. Our licences and support are on a per-domain basis, not on a per client basis.

We offer refunds on a case by case basis. If you discover a bug, issue or incompatibility -  it is our responsibility to fix it in a timely manner, or we will give you a 100% refund up to 90 days after purchase.
