Test Beyond Your WordPress Site

Until now, every variation in your test had to live on your WordPress site. If you wanted to test a completely different page on Shopify, a landing page built in Lovable or Astro, or any external URL, you were stuck. Cross-domain testing removes that limitation. Your variations can live anywhere.

One Script, Any External Platform

Go to Tracking and Privacy in your AB Split Test settings, add your external domain, and copy the generated script. Paste it into the header of your external site and you are done. AB Split Test handles the rest.

All Your Usual Conversion Goals Still Work

Page visits, element clicks, link clicks, time active, scroll depth, URL conversions, and more all work exactly as normal across external domains. The only exceptions are WordPress-specific integrations like WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads, which require WordPress to function.

Optional CDN Integration

If your external platform uses Cloudflare or Bunny CDN, you can connect it inside the settings by adding your hostname and API key. This keeps your test running at full speed with cache clearing handled automatically on variation updates.
