We are a small team and we take support seriously. Most issues have a quick fix and we will help you find it fast.

How to contact support

Email us at support@absplittest.com

We are available Monday to Friday. We aim to respond within one business day. Closed on Canadian public holidays.

What to include in your email

The more context you give us upfront, the faster we can help. Include as much of the following as you can:

  • The page URL where the test is running
  • A description of what you expected to happen and what actually happened
  • A screenshot or screen recording of your test settings and conversion goal setup
  • A screenshot of your browser console with ?abstdebug=1 active on the test page

What support covers

Support is available for all customers on paid plans. Free Lite plan users are welcome to email but responses may be prioritized for paid customers during busy periods.

Support covers:

  • Plugin setup and configuration
  • Conversion tracking issues
  • Page builder integration questions
  • Troubleshooting unexpected behavior

Support does not cover custom development work or building tests on your behalf. For that, check the documentation or the community roadmap.

Suggest a feature or report a bug

Have an idea or found something that is not working right? Submit it on the Roadmap and Feedback page. Tom reviews submissions regularly and the roadmap is public so you can see what is planned.

    Hi, can you set up an AB test coming from two different pages, each to it’s own separate end page?

      Yes – use a conversion module on each end page, with the same experiment ID.
